By using VeilGuard VPN, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old.
2. Service Description
VeilGuard provides a subscription-based VPN service designed to enhance security and privacy.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must not use the Service to:
- Violate laws
- Access prohibited content or services in violation of applicable law
- Circumvent lawful controls or filtering measures
- Use the service to enable communication services that are not licensed or approved where local law restricts them
- Engage in illegal or abusive activities
- Disrupt network integrity
- Attempt unauthorized resale or redistribution of service access
4. Local Law Compliance
Users are responsible for complying with local laws, including in jurisdictions where VPN usage or specific online services are regulated. VeilGuard is provided for security and privacy purposes and must not be used to evade lawful restrictions.
5. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for all activities under their account.
6. Billing and Subscriptions
- Paid plans renew according to the selected billing interval unless canceled.
- Pricing and plan terms are shown in the app and may change with notice.
- Android subscriptions distributed through Google Play are billed and managed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play billing and refund policies.
- Subscriptions purchased through other supported checkout flows are subject to the billing provider used for that flow.
- Refunds are handled according to applicable law and platform billing policies.
7. Plan Changes
Changing a plan forfeits remaining time on the previous plan. The new plan becomes active immediately and expires with its own duration.
8. Service Availability
VeilGuard targets 99.9% availability annually. Availability does not entitle users to refunds.
9. Fair Use
VeilGuard may limit or suspend accounts that excessively consume resources.
10. Third-Party Dependencies
VeilGuard is not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers.
11. Export Control
Service may not be used in violation of export or sanctions laws.
12. Termination
VeilGuard may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal requirements.
13. Disclaimer
Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee of uninterrupted service or absolute anonymity.
14. Limitation of Liability
VeilGuard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
15. Force Majeure
VeilGuard is not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
